My passion concentrated around continuous learning with continuos achievements, and aims to intersect my diversified knowledge, experiences, and skills to participate in the organization's innovations, its investors' wealth, and stakeholders' balanced benefits.

Continuous Practical and theoretical learning:
Individual and organizational continuous learning from the “real world of practice” and from “educational books and programs” are integral and serves the dynamics of changing to keep competitive.

Loyalty:
I am a kind of person who is frank enough about himself and others. In the same time, I am supportive to my team and top management in seek of the organization mission. This is part of my loyalty to my company.

Administration and customer service during system default:
Trading in stock market accompanied with high tension. Small mistakes may lead to systematic crisis.
My colleagues used to have my support when facing very angry customers because they believe that I can handle these cases softly supported by robust information and promise.
When we get electronic system default, I have to direct my team, give information to other departments and to big institutional clients, and I have communicate with our IT and other Stock Exchange participants until we can sort it out, then work fast to rectify any possible problems.

Business + Technology + Project:
Analyzing internal and external environments will serve in having strategy which I used to share constructing it with my top management. Projects, then, come to force change according to the strategy. Our tools are various kind of technology which mostly can be handled by information systems and software.

I established the E-Trade department in our company and handled the trading system development systems projects because my top management recognizes my love to various kind of technologies, my accurate understanding to operations, my loyalty to the organization strategy, my self diligent learning, and my ability to lead employees from all departments to execute projects and enforce the change by explaining, training and changing the processes…



Next Objective:

I am looking to work for multinational organization in departments related to business development operations or projects.
The targeted organization could be in stock markets trading industries, or in Health Information System industry.
I looking for an opportunity to develop myself in internationally high standard organizations using my diversity knowledge and skills in management, projects, and health background. And I am ready for the second big change.
