Establishing Online
Trading Department; we had prepared new locations, small Call Center, Front
Offices, Back Offices and Operations, recruited new employees and trained them,
and implement fully modified Brokerage Solution software from (DirectFN) for
online trading and for DMA for regional brokers (MBS) with total of 6 GUI.

KSE
Market Readiness (NASDAQ OMX) & Corporate Developments - Phase 1
December 2009 to May
2012
I was appointed as our
Brokerage Firm's PM to meet with Kuwait Stock Exchange Market Readiness team in
implementing new market systems in addition to market place and participants
developments.
We spent long time
on discussions and negotiations internally and externally (with market
participants) to initiate and plan this major project.
We procured hard
and soft ware needed, and developed with (IDS) a trading and accounting systems
(online trading interfaces, OMS, trading system, back office) during execution
after failing with a previous IT vendor.
Detailed and
extensive testing done internally and externally to monitor functions,
performance, quality, and risks with internal systems integration and with wide
market participants which included KSE, KCC, Brokers, Investment Companies and
Banks, and Data Vendor.
We got through
complicated political and rules courses, and extensive presentations, meeting,
and training to achieve acceptance from market wide stakeholders to close P1.
KSE
Market Readiness (NASDAQ OMX) - Phase 2
August 2012 to December
2013
This is the 2nd
phase of the long KSE developments leaded by its "semi" partner
NASDAQ OMX-Sweden. It is to introduce X-stream with new Derivatives, and re-align
existing ones.
As PM, I lead the
project team through the all activities and reported to CEO. I prepared the
charter and lead preparing the plan.
I directed the team
to do the needed modifications, training, testing and control. with other
parallel existing software and process developments.
To do
my job more professionally, I had my own learning programs:
